CSIF AD make a tender offer to shareholders "BULGARIAN-AMERICAN CREDIT BANK" AD (BACB/5BN) at a price of BGN 4 per share.
KAROLL is serving the tender offer investment firm.
Subject of the tender offer are 10,771,659 ordinary shares representing 43.63% of total issued shares of "BACB AD as the deadline for the tender offer is 03.12.2011 to 30.12.2011. Acceptance of the tender offer is made by completing an application form in the offices of all investment intermediaries or offices of KAROLL.

INFORMATION FOR INVESTMENT FIRMS
In cases in which the shareholder transmitted the request for admission to the KAROLL by another investment intermediaries, the other Investing intermediary transmits an order form of KAROLL at the following e-mail: backoffice@karoll.bg / fax: 02 / 4 008 426 to the end of the closing date for acceptance of the tender offer. Subsequently, the original form is sent signed and stamped by KAROLL.
