We hereby inform you of changes in the Tariff for Fees and Commissions of Karoll AD Investment Intermediary concerning transactions in Bulgarian financial instruments. The changes which come into force as of September 1, 2026 are made in connection with the amendments adopted in the Tariff of the Bulgarian Central Depository AD on July 1, 2026.
The changes in the Tariff for Fees and Commissions of Karoll AD Investment Intermediary reflect the increased costs for processing transactions in financial instruments settled in EUR and include inflationary indexation of the prices of the services offered by Karoll AD Investment Intermediary.
Karoll AD Investment Intermediary retains the attractive percentage rates of its commission fees for trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at levels varying from 0.30% to 0.55% of the transaction value as well as the policy of refunding part of the minimum commissions paid (0.25 euro per transaction) in compliance with the requirements of section I., item 3 of the Tariff.

In case of disagreement with the changes to the Tariff clients have the right to terminate their brokerage contract with Karoll AD Investment Intermediary without prior notice before the date of entry into force of the changes and without being liable for penalties and expenses, with the exception of expenses related to already concluded transactions and to the assets owned by them and held with Karoll AD Investment Intermediary.
